A terminal box made of plastic of this invention incorporates an electromagnetic contactor which is used for switching the delta connection of the field coils in a three-phase induction motor (M) to the star connection and vice versa. In the terminal box, a group of connection terminals also are integrally provided for connection of the field coils to a motor drive amplifier. The contactor and terminals are fixedly arranged in the box, which is mounted on a frame (30) of the motor (M).
