MIXTURE OF THREE KINDS OF LIVING BACTERIA

Mixture of three kinds of living bacteria and its culture by the use of symbiosis are presented. Thus, bacillus mesentericus is cultured in the medium containing proteins as nitrogen source and carbohydrates as carbon source. Streptococcus faecalis is cultured in the above culture broth at 25C-40C for 4-10 hrs. Clostridium butyricum is cultured in the culture broth containing streptococcus faecalis and basal medium at 25-40C. After culturing, the culture broth and the mixture containing S.faecalis and C.butyricum is separated.
