The heat pump comprises a main circuit which contains a mixt. of non- azeotropic refrigerant therein and includes a compressor (1), a first heat exchanger (3) for a heat sink, a throttle device (4) and a second heat exchanger (5) for a heat source, a reactifier (11) where the mixt. coacts with liq. refrigerant to cause separation of higher pressure refrigerant from the lower pressure refrigerant, an evaporation means for vaporizing the mixt. to be fed into the reactifier, a reservoir (12) for storing the separated high press. refrigerant in liq. phase, a first feed line arranged between the throttle device and the first heat exchanger, and a second feed line coupling a bottom portion of the reactifier.
