Use of TP-receptor antagonists to improve the action of myofibroblasts

PURPOSE: To obtain a medicinal composition which contains a TP-receptor antagonist to reduce the shrinkage of myofibroblast and is useful for treatment and prevention of the symptoms caused or aggravated by shrinkage of myofibroblast cells. CONSTITUTION: As a TP-receptor antagonist, preferably [1R-[1(Z), 2, 3, 5]]-(+)-7-[5-[[(1,1'-biphenyl)-4-yl]meth]oxy]-3-hydroxy-2-(1-piperidinyl) cyclopentyl-4-heptenoic acid or its salt, solvate or cyclodextrin complex are used. This composition is orally or parenterally dosed and in the case of skin transplantation or transplantation using a tissue extender, the piece to be grafted or suitable components of the tissue extender are preferably treated with the PT-receptor antagonist before the transplantation.
