A polypropylene raw polymer whose molecular distribution is 3-9, melt index is 16-80, isotacticity remains above 95%, polymer purity reaches above 96%, has trilobal spiral structure. The melt polypropylene passes through non-ferrous metallic micro-particulated laminate whose size of microparticle is 30-2500 micron, thus cleared of foreign materials from it. Then the purified polypropylene mass is extruded through spinning nozzle of which the orifice diameter is 0.2-0.6mm, and the ratio of length per diameter(L/D) of orifice is 3-8. The spun filament is wound at high speed, and drawn. The resulting fine denier filament shows high orientation, high crystallinity and excellent physical property.
