The low noise amplifier comprises a wave guide (1) receiving the satellite TV broadcasting signal of 11.7-12.2 GHz, an input matching circuit (2) matching the input signal with low noise, a first amplifier (3) amplifying the output of the circuit (2), a first intermediate matching circuit (4) matching the output of the circuit (3), a second amplifier (5) amplifying the output of the circuit (4) with ultra low noise, a second intermediate matching circuit (6) matching the output of the circuit (5) for amplifying at a third amplifier (7), a final matching circuit (8) matching the output of the circuit (7) with ultra low noise and high gain, and a frequency converter (9).
