RECOVERY OR REMOVAL OF URANIUM BY THE UTILIZATION OF ACRONS

摘要

A method for recovering uranium from wastes comprises (a) extg. acorn (or gall nuts) with water until extracts is colorless, (b) mixing uranium waste soln. with the extd. soln. of 5-100 vol.%, (c) adding CaCl2 by 0.05-5 g/L when (b) -soln. contains no Ca, (d) adjusting pH 8-11 with caustic soda and ammonia water on a stirrer, (e) pptg. in a bath or a separator, (f) removing supernatant and exhausting, (g) treating the pptes. by filter (or drying), or storing to recover uranium, (h) washing with dild. NH4Cl soln. to avoid peptizaton, and (i) introducing the cakes into the bath and sepg. uranium.
