Sporting and gymnastic apparatus for accelerating the running of an arcuate rocker

A sporting apparatus for gymnastic exercises to counter hypokinesia and to strengthen and tighten all the motor muscles. Highly dynamic movement sequences are produced, which are capable of compensating unilateral overstresses caused both by weightlifting and by heavy unilateral physical labour, one significant effect of which among others is to counter mental stress, in the form of a single-bar, self-supporting, dismantleable, approximately elliptical rolling shackle which is open in the shape of a fork at one end, as a result of which the oscillating lever is designed as a U-shaped saddle support and the fork-shaped ends are simultaneously used as a steering lever.
