An arrangement for incoherent-optical, structural-zonal analysis having an optimised energy balance for evaluating two-dimensional object images using their spatial frequency spectrums comprises an incoherent illuminating device (1), a Fourier transformation device having a positive optical system (2), a recording medium (3) for the image information and an opto-electronic receiver device (4), wherein the illuminating device (1) has a light unit having slit-shaped radiating zones (11, 12, 13) and the opto-electronic receiver device (4) is a single receiver having a slit-shaped receiver surface (41), the receiver surface (41) being disposed centrosymmetrically with respect to the optical axis (5) and parallel to the images of the radiating zones (11, 12, 13), and the zones of the light unit and the receiver surface being transferred into one another with respect to shape and area by way of the positive optical system (2).
