In the production of a dental prosthetic retainer (anchor), in particular a conical or telescopic crown, or a lock mechanism by the casting-on process, primary and secondary parts can be readily separated from one another if the surface of the primary part is isolated by means of a ceramic zirconium dioxide/silica sintering composition. This composition is modified for the low working temperatures of low-melting gold alloys by vanadium pentoxide and lithium fluoride.
