The invention relates to a method for digitising and signal processing of received signals of a phased-array receiving system, which received signals are at the carrier frequency or intermediate frequency fm and in each case originate from an individual antenna or a sub-array of the phased-array receiving system, in the case of which method the received signals from the individual antennas or sub-arrays are subjected in the individual receiving channels to analogue band limiting in each case, subsequent analogue/digital conversion, and subsequent digital quadrature demodulation, and the demodulated signals are subjected to digital phase shifting, weighting and coherent addition in accordance with the desired spatial directions. The method is characterised in that the analogue/digital conversion is in each case carried out with oversampling at a first sampling frequency fS1 with 3 to 8, preferably 3 quantisation states, and in that the demodulated signals are subsequently subjected, in the two quadrature paths, to digital band limiting with undersampling at a second sampling frequency fS2.
