Pig for sea bed oil pipes - has high pressure hose and two extender shafts merging into conical part of single extender shaft

The pig extender for sending pigs through pipe lines on the sea bed uses a high pressure hose with intergrated control cable and a forerunner. Round the circumference of the forerunner there are at least two sending shafts (4,5) set rotationally symmetrical in conical fashion. The two shafts change into the conical part (7) of a single sending shaft unit (8,9). Each outer shaft pref. has at different spacing down the length supply lines (13) which are connected by a valve to the hose (3). ADVANTAGE - The pig can be sent out according to prevailing requirements, e.g. first a cleaning pig, followed by an inspection pig and then if required by further cleaning pigs and drying pigs.
