The base portion (1) of the box is constructed in the shape of a pot with an outwardly extending flange (12), which can be fitted flush with a wall. The connection terminal moulding (2) and the plug connection parts on a p.c.b. (9) are secured to the base (1) which can be fitted into a pot-shaped wall insert (13) and connected to it. The accessory cover (5) with an aperture (6) for insertion of a plug or similar connector is of flat construction and is large enough to be placed over the plaster surface flange (12). The connector (8) of a functional insert (4) mates with rigid coupling parts (7) on the terminal moulding (2) when its board is introduced at an angle. ADVANTAGE - Can be installed under plaster.
