New insecticidal compsns. comprise a cyclopropane-carboxylic acid ester (I), one or more odour-preventing cpds. (II) and optionally one or more azole cpds. (III). Cpds. (II) selected from 2,2'-methylenebis (4-ethyl-6-tert.-butyl-phenol) (IIA); 2-tert. -butyl- 6-(3-tert.-butyl-2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzyl) -4-methylphenyl acrylate (IIB); 2,4-di-tert. -butylphenyl 3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoate (IIC); bis(2, 2,6,6-tetramethyl-piperidin-4-yl) sebacate (IID); tetrakis (3-(3,5- di-tert -butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionic acid) (pentaer-ythritol etster (IIE); 4,4'-butylidene bis (3-methyl-6-tert.-butylphenol (IIF); an alkylated diphenylamine (IIG); trisnonyl-phenylphosphite (IIH) and tris(2,4-di-tert.-butylphenyl)phosphite (II-I). Cpds. (III) selected from benzotriazole (IIIA); 1H-tetrazole (IIIB); 1H-1,2,4-triazole (IIIC); 3-mercapto-4-methyl-5-trofluoromethyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole (IIID) and 5-chlorobenzotriazole (IIIE). Cpds. (I) are known from JP5542045 and JP569004. Pref. Cpd. (II) is (IIA) or (IIC); cpd. (III) is (IIIA) or (IIIB). USE/ADVANTAGE - The new compsns, are useful e.g. for protecting clothes kept e.g. in wardrobes, dressing tables etc. Cpds. (II) prevent the offensive odour which is often fiven off by cpds. (I) when they are stored or used under unfavourable conditions, e.g. under strong diffuse lights or at high temps. Cpds. (III) prevent cpds. (I) changing colour when they are in contact with copper, copper alloys or copper-contg. colouring materials.
