In order to allow a tool, which is mounted so as to be able to rotate, of a device of work to be immobilized in rotation, it is provided an element of the stop 37 associated with this tool and which co-operates with a locking member 22. This latter is mounted on the device of work and can be bring to pass from one position degagee in a locked position or the locking member is held in contact with the device of work. The locking member is thus permanently present in the device of work and available at each instant. In the position of blocking the locking member 22, being given that it supports in contact with the device of work, does not need to be held manually in its locking position.
