Use of an extract obtained from a plant of the family of resedaceae, as the resedas, for the manufacture of a medicinal product to have analgesic activity or analgesic and method of manufacturing such a medicinal product

The invention relates to the use of an extract of a plant of the Residaceae family, such as mignonette, for the manufacture of a medicament having antalgic or analgesic activity. This mignonette may be chosen from Reseda alba L., balansae Müller, inodora Reichb., lutea L., luteola L., microcarpa Müller, odorata L., orientalis (Müller) Boiss., phyteuma L. and tomentosa Boiss. These extracts may be used for the manufacture of a medicament having antalgic or analgesic activity, for the effective treatment of pain.
