Construction of reinforced concrete comprising at least one unit of prestressing reinforcement composed of various elements of the prestress directly concreted and an anchoring system of the side of terminal. Like elements are used in the prestressing of the strands 3, each with a plurality of tensioning wires 5 placed in a lubricating agent anticorrosive 7 to the inside of a plastic sheath 6 for each of the strands. The strands 3 are arranged at a distance of conceting of one another by spacers 8 distributed over their length. The ends of the strands 3 are engaged in an anchoring device 4 which is common, where they can be anchored individually.
