P Sets of devices allowing in an automatic system the production of molds for flat casting using dry sand without binder, essentially composed of: - scraping and sweeping devices of sand using the movement of transfer of the chassis between 2 operating stations and producing a flat mold bottom in the same plane as the edge of the chassis and clearing the tops of the tool parts which should open out to facilitate the subsequent cutting of the closure film, associated with additional devices for cleaning and recycling excess sand; - an unwinder-cutter-installer device for the closing plastic film sheet provided with a sliding frame making it possible to pass through the arms of a demoulding-transfer device for half-molds; - a transfer cart and gates allowing manual finishing outside the molding area. /P
