This modular assembly includes: - a quarter window 1; - A first sealing profile 2 made of extruded elastomer with a metal frame; - between the parts of the profile corresponding to the upper and lower sections of the quarter glass, a second extruded or molded profile with metal frame, forming a vertical upright of the quarter glass frame; - in the corner parts 5, 9, 10, 11, 12 of the first profile 2, overmolded plastic parts ensuring the continuity of the profile, its junction with the quarter glass and, optionally, its junction with the second profile .
