The invention relates to a method intended for the hygiene, comfort, elegance and attractive appearance of shirts. They protect collars and cuffs of shirts against soiling and inconvenience, while giving them other advantages such as printing, perfume. The accessories represented on the drawing are composed of two strips 2 and 5 which are applied, respectively, to the neck and to the cuffs. The self-adhesive parts 3 and 4 adhere to the inner part of the neck and of the cuffs. One of the panels of each of the accessories 6 is designed as a scalloped line, composed of several curves.
