PURPOSE:To obviate the glazing and to improve the insulating properties and resolving power in printing by a method wherein a plurality of linear bodies made of a conductive material are embedded inside an insulating ceramics sintered body substantially in parallel to each other, the end of the each linear body is exposed from the end face of the ceramics sintered body, and the exposed part of one linear body are connected with the exposed part of the other linear body through a heating resistor. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of linear bodies 2, 3 made of a conductive material are embedded in a ceramics sintered body 1 from one end face 1a of the sintered body 1 toward the other end face 1b on the opposite side and arranged in parallel to each other in two trains along the longitudinal direction of the end face parts 1a, 1b. On the end face part 1b of the sintered body 1, the ends of the respective linear bodies 2, 3 are exposed, and exposed parts 2a, 3a are connected to each other through heating resistors 4. In this manner, an electrode pattern can be coated with the sintered body to be insulated. The glazing for matching the linear body with the surface of the sintered body is made unnecessary. Because the heating resistors 4 can be separately formed for every dot by using a photosensitive resin, a resolving power can be improved.
