PURPOSE:To enable attainment of the result of synthesis at a high speed and with a value of a speed ratio of 2n (2, 4, 8,...) and also enable execution of an angular synthesis at a prescribed time for conversion irrespective of the speed ratio, by providing first and second parallel multipliers. CONSTITUTION:A first parallel multiplier 11 receives as an input a rough synchro signal varying at a speed of rotation being l (an integer of 1 or above) times larger than the angle of mechanical rotation and conducts a dual-speed synchro synthesis on the basis of a speed ratio k=m/l between a fine synchro signal varying at a speed of rotation being m (an integer larger than 1 and l) times larger than that, likewise, and the rough synchro signal. A second parallel multiplier 13 converts output data of the multiplier 11 into a digital angle signal of high precision which varies at the same speed with the speed of rotation of the rough synchro signal. According to this constitution, it is possible to correspond to an arbitrary speed ratio by making it possible to set the speed ratio arbitrarily, and also it is possible to obtain a correct result of multiplication at all times by conducting correction of data after weight- matching of bits by correcting the input data of the parallel multipliers.
