PURPOSE:To stably keep a case cover in closed position with simple and easy operation by checking the motion of a case cover with a lock pin inserted into a pin hole of the case cover at the closed position. CONSTITUTION:In the case of removing a case cover 13, a handle 17 is pulled from the rear side of a raising case 6 against a spring 19 to extract a lock pin 18 from a pin hole 25 of the case cover 13. Since the cover 13 becomes movable in longitudinal (vertical) direction, an engaging piece 14 is moved downward and disengaged from a checking piece 12 by slightly pushing down the cover 13 by hand and, at the same time, the checking groove 2 of a checking plate 23 is disengaged from the checking head part 16 of the checking pin 15 and positioned at a guiding hole. The cover 13 is turned to the opening position to be openable to the front side of the raising case 6 and is opened forward.
