PURPOSE:To manage the progress of a conference by all the members of participants by providing a board where the scheduled items of proceedings, the starting time, the finishing time or the like of the conference are displayed and a display device where the progress situation of the proceedings is displayed. CONSTITUTION:The board 1 where the scheduled items, the scheduled starting time, the scheduled finishing time or the like of the proceedings are independently written with the aid of classifying by the scheduled items of proceedings, a lamp 3 which is changed to three colors with the aid of classifying the proceedings progress situation by the proceedings already discussed, the proceedings which is under discussion and the proceedings which is not discussed yet according to the progress of the conference, and the display device having a clock 4 which displays the present time or the like are provided. Therefore, the board 1 where the scheduled items of proceedings, the starting time and the finishing time are displayed and the display device where the progress situation of the proceedings is displayed are always confirmed by all the members of the participants. Thus, all the members of the participants can participate in the management of the progress of the conference, so that the proceedings are made to smoothly proceed.
