MANUFACTURE OF HARD TIN PLATED SHEET

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture hard tin plated sheet superior in cold rollability, by hot rolling, winding and annealing continuously cast slab contg. specified ratios of C, P, N, Sol.Al, under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:Continuously cast slab contg. by weight, 0.005-0.045% C, 0.02% P, 0.002-0.020% N, 0.005-0.050% Sol.Al is heated to =1,050 deg.C, then hot rolled at =Ar3 point, and wound at =550 deg.C. For steel component, =0.1% Mn, 0.1% Si can be incorporated. After pickling and cold rolling, continuous annealing in which heating to temp. range between recrystallization temp. or above and Ac1 point or below, holding thereat for =67sec and cooling at =30 deg.C/ sec rate are applied, is performed to the steel sheet. In this way, descaling cost at hot rolling is decreased, and hot rolled base plate for hard plate superior in cold rollability is manufactured advantageously.
