RAW MATERIAL MOISTURE RISE PREVENTING METHOD

PURPOSE:To prevent moisture rise in raw material in an outdoor yard by mixing raw material and a waterproofing agent, then making the mixture rolling compaction to form a consolidated layer on the yard, and stacking raw material over it, thereby preventing taking-in of moisture. CONSTITUTION:Raw material and a waterproofing agent are mixed and transported by a stacker crane to form small crests 1 continuously on a yard 4. The small crests 1 are then applied with rolling compaction to form a first stage consolidated layer 2, and large crests 3 are formed thereon in the normal direction. In this case, acrylic resin is used as the waterproofing agent.
