MOLDING METHOD FOR CABLE WITH BRANCH CABLES, AND MOLD STRUCTURE WITH BRANCH CABLES

PURPOSE:To shorten working time as well as to make a finished outer diameter small by molding 1 or more than 2 reserve branch cables connected with a main cable in a lump, and thereby combining the aforesaid molded reserve cable section with a main cable branch section so as to be formed into a molded main body thereafter. CONSTITUTION:Branch cables 3 and 4 to be connected with each main cable 2 are fixed up into one so as to be molded small in size in advance. The branch section of each main cable 2 is then fixed with a compression connector 5, and a molded reserve cable section 6 is combined with the branch section of each main cable 2 so as to be formed into a molded main body 28 with resin. This thereby enables the molded main body to be formed in a short time even if the branch cables 3 and 4 are different in size and number, and also enables the finished outer diameter of the whole of the cables to be small.
