BURNER FOR CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED-BED COMBUSTION WITH PARTICLE CRUSHER

PURPOSE:To reduce the loss caused by unburned fuel by classifying flowing particles that are drawn out of a combustion chamber by a classifying machine, crushing the particles and returning them to the combustion chamber, and eliminating the exhaust of unburned components out of an ash discharge nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Solid fuel such as coal, etc., is charged into the lower section of a combustion chamber 1 which has flowing layers in it to become a flowing state and unburned particles stay in the lower section of the combustion chamber 1 through a classifying machine 2. The staying unburned particles are led to a crusher 6 through a conduit 51 and they are crushed and returned to the combustion chamber 1 through a conduit 8. Then the combustible components in the crushed, unburned particles are burned, and the unburned particles that are left are discharged as fly ash with the combustion gas and recovered by a dust collector. The combustible components in the unburned components are, therefore, utilized without waste, and it is possible to discharge the unburned components which accumulate in the combustion chamber 1 as fly ash.
