THERAPEUTIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING VASO- CONSTRICTING ALPHA STIMULATING AGENT AS POSITIVE FACTOR FOR PREVENTING AND TREATING WORSENING OF CONDITION OF CARDIAC DEFICIENCY

PURPOSE: To prepare a therapeutic agent for cardiac diseases in a form of inhalation by including 2-amino-1-(2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)1-propanol. CONSTITUTION: The objective composition is obtained by dissolving 2- amino-1-(2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanol and a salt thereof in a physiological solution to form 0.1-10% (W/V), prefearbly 2-5% (W/V) concentration, and formed into an aerosol of an inhalation form by a conventional method by using an inert gas and a medical gas. A daily dose of the composition is 1-1,000mg and inhaled by dividing to 1-10 times. The composition can treat dyspnea caused by bronchial failure, etc., and prevent exacerbation thereof.
