GENERATING METHOD FOR ANALYTIC MODEL FOR BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD

PURPOSE:To quickly and easily generate the analytic model even by an unskilled person by calculating in advance an angle of coupling of each element in each nodal point and a difference of a boundary condition with respect to a prescribed model and comparing its result with a data base. CONSTITUTION:In a step 2 in a flow shown in the figure, data of an element division chart generated already is saved as initial element division data in a storage device 3. In 4, a decision parameter THETA0 of an inappropriate angle is inputted. Therefore, in the case an incorrect analytic model is generated, this model is displayed, and when re-execution is selected in 17, division data is read in from the device 3 in 18, and from 4, re-execution of an automatic generating work of a multi-nodal point can be executed easily. In repeated operations of 5 - 15, in the case of setting the multi-nodal point, the number N of all nodal points is increased by one each, and in 14, by the increased number N of all nodal points, a reference element Er is replaced with a nodal point I of an element which cannot share the nodal point I. Subsequently, an index I of the nodal point number is compared with the number N of all nodal points. By these consecutive processings, whether the multi-nodal point is set with regard to all the nodal points or not is decided automatically.
