PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform equipment maintenance MA positively and readily by providing a display constitution wherein the data for the arrival of the period of the maintenance MA of a part, overall positioning of an apparatus, disassembly of parts to be replaced or cleaned and adjustment and confirmation after MA can be retrieved. CONSTITUTION:In communication between an accumulated-operation-time memory element 28b and a time-period memory element 28a at every time when a power source is turned ON, the data of a part whose MA period arrives are immediately transmitted to a first data output element 28c. The names of the parts are displayed on a CRT 20 all together. When the position of the part is to be found based on the data, a second data output element 28d is operated by the external input from an operating panel 21, and the quartered constitution is illustrated 29. When the MA part is to be judged more definitely, the expanded graphic is displayed 29 by using a third data output element 28e. The part to be replaced or cleaned is illustrated 29 with a fourth data output element 28f. Whether the MA has been normally conducted or not and the inspected part are illustrated 29 with a fifth data output element 28g. Therefore, the trouble check after the MA can be confirmed, and the recurrence of the trouble can be prevented.
