PREPARATION OF FEED, FLAVORS AND NUTRITION SUPPLEMENT

PURPOSE:Fishes shells and hydrolyzed feather are dehydrated in an oil bath and made into a powder to prepare a feed, flavor or nutrition supplement in which essential aminoacids are complemented each other without bad smell. CONSTITUTION:Fishes and shells and feather which have been hydrolyzed by steaming are charged in a cooker containing oil for dipping. Then, the oil is heated at about 80-120 deg.C for about 3hr to effect dehydration, until the water content of feather and fishes and shells reaches about 6%, then the oil is squeezed from them and extracted with a solvent such as n-hexane and finally the feathers and fish and shells are crushed into a powder.
