PURPOSE:To eliminate a remarkable interference fringe even if a film is merely superposed without adhering by providing a fine blisters on one or both side surfaces of a film to be laminated by coating or the like. CONSTITUTION:In an article used by laminating transparent and smooth film sheets or plates, at least one of the contacted surfaces is roughed. Here, since a phase difference plate or a polarizing plate itself is composed of a plurality of films, a coating film having fine blisters is provided on the film corresponding to one or both side surfaces of the contacted surfaces when a liquid crystal indicator is, for example, assembled, and they may be merely superposed. In the sense of preventing a scratch in a step of assembling the indicator, it is desirable that the coating film has scratch resistance (hard coating properties). Thus, an interference fringe is not generated at the time of laminating.
