PURPOSE:To avoid radio disturbance by forming the front and back of a metallic sound-proof wall installed as a noise prevention countermeasure in a roadway, a railway and so on like a saw tooth or its equivalents, thereby reflecting electric field upward. CONSTITUTION:In a metallic sound-proof wall installed as a noise prevention countermeasure in a roadway, a railway and so on, the front or back of the sound-proof wall 1 is formed like a saw tooth or its equivalents having such an inclined surface 2 that the lower side is increased in width horizontally more than the upper side. The angle or surface form of the inclined surface is changed depending on the direction and density of incoming television wave to reflect an electric field upward. Accordingly, reflection disturbance of television waves can be avoided.
