CAPACITY DETECTING DEVICE FOR VARIABLE CAPACITY TYPE COMPRESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To electrically detect the capacity of a variable capacity type compressor by installing a signal processing circuit for extracting the capacity information of the compressor from the output signal of an inductor which is varied by the electromagnetic induction action according to the position change of a piston. CONSTITUTION:An inductor 20 is installed onto the peripheral wall of a cylinder bore 12 into which a piston 13 made of aluminium is fitted. A signal processing circuit 30 for extracting the capacity information of a compressor from the output signal of the inductor 20 which varies according to the position change of the piston 13 is provided. Thus, the capacity of the variable capacity compressor can be electrically detected, without restricted to the swing swash plate type machine.
