BUCKET CLEANING DEVICE FOR BUCKET CONVEYOR

PURPOSE:To improve the adherent material eliminating performance without scattering of dust by covering the inner face of a bucket with lubricating plastic, and providing an ejector equipment cleaning chamber in a passing position of a return bucket so as to surround a bucket. CONSTITUTION:The inner face of a bucket 6 is covered with lubricating plastic by nylon frame coating or the like. A cleaning chamber 2 is provided in a passing position of a return bucket of a bucket conveyor, to which the bucket 6 is fitted, so as to surround the bucket 6. An ejecter 3 for eliminating the adherent material is provided in the cleaning chamber 2. In the ejecter 3, an air blowing device 4, which comprises a nozzle 7 for blowing the driving air, and a sucking pipe 8 for sucking the air including the powder as a second flow are provided, and the driving air and the second flow are mixed perfectly by a mixing pipe 9 to be discharged to the inner face of the bucket 6 passing through the cleaning chamber 2 for cleaning.
