INTEGRATION OF ARCH SPRING INTO OPERATIVE SPRING OF SWITCH

PURPOSE:To correctly and quickly making integration and ease automation by keeping the bending quantity of an arch spring constant with pressing force to the arch spring with a pusher constantly controlled, preventing the upward escape of the arch spring with an upper guide, and making the positioning of the lower push-down position of the arch spring with a lower guide. CONSTITUTION:A first locking piece 4 is engaged with the lower surface side of the front edge mouth limb part of a fitting hole 2 by pressing the rear rise piece 11 of an arch spring 3 to a diagonally lower part with a pusher 12 in a condition where the operative spring 1 of a switch is carried on the fitting hole 2 with the left and right of the arch spring 3 nippedly held with a freely opening and closing chuck 8, and the upward escape or the operative spring 1 is prevented with an upper guide 10. Moreover the second locking piece 5 of the arch spring 3 is inserted info the fitting hole 2 by bending the arch spring 3 to a further small size with the further pressing of the pusher 12, and also the inserted position is decided with a lower guide 13. Then the second looking piece 5 is engaged with the retaining groove 7 or a retaining body 6 by the restoring force of the arch spring 3 with the pusher 12 shunted. This permits correct and quick integration and easy automation.
