DEVICE FOR TRANSFERRING BLOOD STREAM IN LIVER OPERATION

PURPOSE: To provide a sufficient blood flow by externally providing a connecting part for a second tubular element to be connected to the liver blood vessel after a first tubular element sealably slidable with an internal blocking tool, and providing a through-hole in a wall part situated on the inside of the cardiac protomerite. CONSTITUTION: A first tubular element 1 has a blocking tool 2 provided in the inner part in such a manner as to be sealably slidable, so that the blocking tool 2 is situated within the body when the element 1 is inserted, and retreated when the whole device is connected to a blood vessel by the ligature of the tubular element. The tubular element 1 is inserted through a right external jugular vein 3, right cardiac protomerite 4, and an upper vein 5 connected to a lower vein 6, and the liver is arranged between the upper vein 5 and the lower vein 6. The element 1 has a through-hole 7 in the wall part situated on the inside of the cardiac protomerite to return the blood to the heart. A connecting part 8 for a second tubular element 9 is provided on the first tubular element in an extrasomatic position and connected to a liver blood vessel 10.
