摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject copolymer having excellent mechanical properties and heat decomposition resistance and a low phase transition temperature by reacting specified starting materials under conditions including a specified atmosphere and a specified catalyst to form a precursor monomer and reacting this monomer with an aromatic diamine. ;CONSTITUTION: An α,ω-bis(hydro)diorganopolysiloxane and a compound of formula I (wherein A is O or the like; and (x) is 2-8) are reacted with each other in the presence of a hydrosilylation catalyst in an inert atmosphere free from oxygen and water to form a siloxane precursor monomer. This monomer is reacted with an aromatic diamine compound represented by formula II [wherein D is formula III (wherein E is CH=N or the like; and (y) is 0-2)] to obtain the purpose copolymer represented by formula IV (wherein R1 to R6 are each a 1-12C alkyl).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO
