PURPOSE:To obtain the ozone decomposing catalyst filter having a high reaction rate even under high-load conditions by decomposing the mixture of a catalytically active material and a conductive heating resistor on the surfaces of pores of a foamed carrier. CONSTITUTION:The mixture of a catalytically active material such as MnO2 and WO3 and a conductive heating resistor such as graphite and carbon fibers is deposited on the surfaces of the pores of a foamed carrier 11 such as polyurethane foam and ceramic foam.
