AIR RESERVOIR INTEGRATED BRAKE CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make a device compact and lightweight and simplify fitting by forming an air reservoir into one integral body comprising fitting parts to a vehicle body, fitting a valve fitting body on the air reservoir, and connecting these bodies by flange piping. CONSTITUTION:An air reservoir 1 is formed into one integral body comprising three chambers 1a, and a valve fitting body 3 is fitted at the air reservoir 1 through brackets 2. A passage is provided inside the valve fitting body 3, and this passage is connected to the chambers 1a by flange piping 4 provided at two places and seal joints 5 provided at four places. The flange piping 4 is further provided with a check valve 6 disposed at the flange tie-in part thereof. The air reservoir is thus formed into compact structure of high strength. On the other hand, when the valve fitting body 3 is fitted directly to the air reservoir 1 and the air reservoir 1 itself is fitted on a vehicle body, a common frame becomes unnecessary, and thereby light weight can be attained.
