PURPOSE: To provide a cushion selectively usable as a mitt for catching the lost ball of baseball put into a stand by providing a basket-shaped catching pocket on the web on one surface of a body and providing a pair of hand holding straps on the other surface of the body. CONSTITUTION: On one surface of a body 3, a ball catching pocket 25 having an opening part 23 facing a web 19 is formed between femoral regions in the end part of the web 19 on the side separated from a folding line 9. Further, on the other surface of the body 3, a pair of flexible hand holding straps 33, 33' are provided on a seat part 5. Each strap 33, 33' is arranged on each side of the folding line 9, and the ends of the strap 33, 33' are fastened to the seat part 5 to hold the thumb and other fingers of a user's hand.
