SOFT CAPSULE AGENT OF ACTIVATED VITAMIN D3

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the light-stability of the active component of a soft capsule agent containing activated vitamin D3 useful for renal insufficiency, osteoporosis, etc., by adding a safe natural colorant such as cacao pigment to the skin of the capsule. CONSTITUTION:One or more natural colorants selected from cacao pigment, apigenin, carminic acid, carminic acid lake, laccaic acid and shikonin are added to the skin of a soft capsule containing an active vitamin D3 compound (e.g. 1alpha-hydroxycholecalciferol, 1alpha,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol, etc.). The amount of the natural colorant is preferably 0.01-1wt% of the soft capsule skin. The capsule is safe to human body and enables the stabilization of active vitamin D3 to light.
