PURPOSE:To individually design the water supply plans of plural service reservoirs connected to a single supply section by calculating the estimated change of the supply amount of each reservoir set by the supply pressure control via a contracted pipeline network when the water supply is estimated. CONSTITUTION:The water supply pressure is measured by the water pressure measuring parts 4a and 4b when the water is supplied to an A service reservoir 2a and a B service reservoir 2b from a supply section 1. These measurement data are sent to a central control center 6 via the remote monitor controller 5a and 5b. The part 6 stores the contracted data consisting of the nodal point data on the section 1 and the pipeline data. Then a pipeline is calculated based on a contracted model and therefore the daily water supply amount can be estimated for each reservoir. If only the total supply amount changes despite the supply pressure operation plan equal to that of the preceding day or the same changing form is estimated for the demand peak pattern in terms of an entire water supply section, the supply amount of each reservoir is estimated by the general demand estimation.
