PURPOSE:To enable border lines of a desired building and border lines of a side corridor of the building to be drawn easily on a site map, by a method wherein border lines of a plurality of dwelling structures different in the length on the ridge side and in the length per household on the beam side are drawn in each household number basis dwelling structure border line indication part so that an edge on the end side and an edge on the beam side overlap with each other in part. CONSTITUTION:A transparent plate body 1 is placed on a site map, then the number of households, the length on the end side and the length per household on the beam side are selected to thereby specify a building, and marks are put on the site map by inserting a point part of a pencil into each small hole 4 provided at a corner part of dwelling structure border lines 3 relevant to the building. Further, the point part of the pencil is inserted into each slit 6 constituting a side corridor border line 5 attendant on the relevant dwelling structure border lines 3, and lines are drawn along the slits 6 to connect the marks by the lines. Thus, a plot plan of the desired building can be prepared by drawing the border lines of the building, including the side corridor.
