PURPOSE:To accelerate the speed of a corresponding processing per fan by speedily notifying a result to a staff at a counter by storing pay-back money data within an effective period in the storage part of each pay-back machine and executing the decision of hit and the settlement of account for money to be paid back at each pay-back machine. CONSTITUTION:At a required time point, for example, every morning, the pay- back data within the effective period is transmitted from a central processing unit 2 through a pay-back controller 4 to respective pay-back machines 5-1 to 5-n and stored in the pay-back money data storage part. When a pay-back request person comes to the counter, the decision of the hit to the presented ticket and the calculation of money to be paid back, etc., are executed based on the data within the effective period to be stored in the pay-back money data storage part. Thus, even without inquiring the central processing unit 2 each time by the respective pay-back machines 5-1 to 5-n, the processing can be independently executed for deciding the hit and paying-back money.
