FILTERING AND SAMPLING DEVICE OF ETCHING SOLUTION FOR DIPPING CORROSION TESTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To make the transition of the composition of an etching solution clear by providing plural etching solution sampling tubes, and sampling an etching solution in respective sampling tubes successively at different time according to a necessary cycle. CONSTITUTION:When the device consisting of an etching solution tank 1, air tank 2, testing tank 3, sample 4, sample upward/downward moving mechanism 5, pump 8, etc., is started, a solenoid valve S1 is opened with the signal of a cycle timer 18 and the etching solution flows through a valve S1 and a sample tube C1 to sample corrosion products by a filter f1. The solenoid valve S1 is closed and a solenoid valve S2 is opened 100hr later and the etching solution flows through the valve S2 and a sampling tube C2 to sample corrosion products obtained in next 100hr. Similarly, circuits are switched one after another with the signal of the cycle timer 18 and the sampling is carried out while the overall test time is divided into (n) stages. This device makes clear the relation between the transition of the form of the sample corrosion and the transition of the composition of the etchihg solution.
