PURPOSE: To effectively stimulate growth of a cartilaginous tissue, a tissue to be covered with cartilage and a compact conjugated tissue, and to cure and/or prevent an osteoporosis by controlling a move of single ion class between cellular membranes by using a fluctuating magnetic field having a frequency selected from a group of frequency based on a fundamental frequency of cyclotron resonance. CONSTITUTION: For controlling transfer of a specified ion through a cellular membrane, a step for generating an adapted magnetic field parallel to a predetermined axis for penetrating a space arranged by at least one living cell or a target tissue is included. Transfer of a transmembrane of a specified ion is controlled by producing a predetermined relationship between fluctuated frequency and average value of a non-zero as to a magnetic flux along a predetermined axis based on ratio of a charge vs. a mass, and by maintaining the predetermined relationship. This predetermined relationship is required by using the following formula: fch=XBq/2πm, i.e., in the formula, (fch) is density frequency of a fluctuated magnetic flux, (B) is an average value of the non-zero of density of the magnetic flux parallel to a predetermined axis, (q) is a charge of specified ion, (m) is the mass, and (X) is integral number of a larger odd number than 1. Like this, several frequencies having an excellent syntony controllable the transfer of the transmembrane of the specified ion class.
