HYDRAULIC PIPING FOR DAMPING BLADE FOR MICROSHOVEL CAR

PURPOSE:To protect a hydraulic hose against an obstruction on a ground and jumping soil and to prevent the damage of the hydraulic hose by a method wherein the connection parts of a piping are secured on the upper surfaces of arms secured to the rear of a damping blade, and the hydraulic houses are coupled to the connection parts. CONSTITUTION:Connection parts 24 and 24 of a piping are secured in a position in the vicinity of a damping blade 18 on the upper surfaces of arms 19 and 19 secured to the rear of a damping blade 18. Hydraulic hoses 26 and 26 running from the control valve of a frame 1 are coupled to one end parts 24a and 24a of the connection parts 24 and 24. When the arm 19 is rotated upward through actuation of a hydraulic cylinder 20, a change in a vertical gap between the base part 20 sides of the cylinder 20 and the arm 19 is reduced to reduce the occurrence of twist and bending of metallic pipes 27 and 28. Since the hose 26 is sufficiently bent in the vicinity of an arm end part 19a, an influence exercised by rotation of the arm 19 is eliminated to protect the hose 26.
