DEVICE FOR MAINTAINING DYNAMIC BALANCE ACCURACY OF SLIDE IN PRESS MACHINE

PURPOSE:To uniformize the thickness of a product by providing plural sets of adjusting screws driving the same amt. at same speed and arranging a leveling device slightly ascending and descending a slide as well. CONSTITUTION:Plural sets of adjusting screws 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d are provided on a press frame and respectively screwed to the female screw block 31 arranged at the upper side of a bed 37. The lower end of an extension rod 32 is engaged with the end part of a driving shaft 33 and a gear mechanism 34 and a driving motor 35 and inching cylinder 36 are respectively arranged as well. The sub cam sliders 7a-7d and main cam sliders 8a-8d corresponding to each adjusting screw are arranged by linking to a slider actuating cylinder 10 by providing a leveling device 6. With this mechanism the slider 4 performs the pressurization of a specific stroke and its slight ascent and descent to form a product in uniform thickness.
